The CELI Executive Leadership Accelerator (ELA)
Exceptional leadership is rarely the work of one person. Sustainable success requires an aligned executive team equipped to lead with shared vision, strategic clarity, and organizational purpose. The CELI Executive Leadership Accelerator (ELA) allows members to bring one or two key cabinet leaders to participate in CELI's national learning experiences. Designed for assistant superintendents, chief financial officers, human resources leaders, and other executive team members, ELA helps districts strengthen leadership capacity while building greater alignment across the organization.
