The Center for Educational Leadership & Innovation (CELI) emerged from the trusted relationships and transformative learning experiences established through the Schlechty Center Superintendents Leadership Network. When that network concluded, its members sought a way to continue the meaningful connections, candid conversations, and collaborative learning that had become invaluable to their leadership journey.

Member Advisory Board
CELI's Member Advisory Board is comprised of a rotating group of accomplished superintendents and educational service agency leaders representing diverse regions, perspectives, and organizational contexts. The board partners closely with the CELI Leadership Team to help shape the member experience and ensure the network remains responsive to the evolving challenges facing educational leaders.
